Did you connect that SSD to the same SATA port as the original drive was connected to?
Boot into BIOS, do you have UEFI BIOS or Legacy BIOS?
On the Security Tab, look for a Secure / Safe Boot option and disable that option
Check that SATA Mode is set to AHCI
Then, try starting the installation again
On that new drive you are trying to install Windows 10 onto, is there already a partition created, or is that drive marked as unallocated?
