directX12 games crash graphics driver but all other games run fine?

I'm at the end of my rope here, I've replaced every single part in my PC in pursuit of fixing these crashes but they persist. New PSU, CPU, GPU, RAM, Motherboard and nothing. I've ran Memtest86 and found no RAM corruption, I've used DDU to uninstall all drivers and reinstalled, I've reinstalled windows and formatted drives to clear all data. MS event viewer doesn't appear to report any of the times I crash and its ONLY while running a game in DX12, if it runs Dx11 it never crashes. I cant express the frustration I've felt while trying to troubleshoot this I hope to god someone knows my issue and how to fix it.

Dear trevor brookshire

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

Regarding your question, many users have reported problems with directX12 calls.

You may refer to the following community user's sharing that invoking DirectX11 parameters to run the game in some older games will significantly improve the issue.

Downgrade to DirectX 11 from DirectX12? - Microsoft Community

Since many community users have reported compatibility issues with directX12 on Windows 11 24H2, the most effective recommendation at this time is to reinstall the Windows 11 23H2 version.

(If you have important data it is recommended that you make a separate backup)

Additionally in the Known Issues Update Log for 24H2 it is stated that compatibility issues regarding Assassin's Creed games have been progressively fixed, which is believed to help investigate the DirectX12 conflict issue. Some community users have indicated that this is due to DirectX12 changing the way shaders work in WINDOWS11 24H2, resulting in anomalous rendering in some games.

So for the time being, we are able to give you advice:

1. Temporarily fall back to using Windows11 23H2.

2. If the game supports the use of DirectX 9 10 11, temporarily run with a lower version of DirectX.

Finally, as a PC gamer, I understand your anxiety and share your fervent hope that these problems will be fixed soon.

Best Wish
