Desktop wallpaper icon problem

Every time when I shut down the laptop then every time desktop icon are unorganised but when I make it sort by name then it organized. I want to see organized my laptop all time. I want to solve this problem

Right-click on the Desktop, select View > Make sure that 'Auto arrange icons' and 'Align icons to grid' is unchecked. To uncheck them, simply click them. Restart your computer and see if that solves the issue.
