Original Title: Dell Studio XPS/ i5 /Windows 7 OS/McAfee Anti Virus/Factory Installed

Dell Studio XPS purchased 1 year ago, no extended warranty.

On day 365 experienced 1st blue screen crash and continuous crashing.

Now after running windows diagnostics for reported hardware issue's a memory problem is being reported referring me back to manufacturer for support.

Is this the norm for Dell consumers?

Hi,

1.    Were there any changes or updates made on the computer?

2.    What is the complete and exact error message?

3.    What is the exact make and model number of the computer?

Method 1:

You need to Disable automatic restart on system failure on the computer.
