Hi Husni,

The boot issue that you are experiencing can occur due to several reasons such as a bad sector on your hard disk, hardware failure, etc. Since you are unable to boot your computer, we recommend that you perform a startup repair on your computer. To do so, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Start your system.
  2. After your computer shows its original equipment manufacturer's logo, perform a hard shut down by pressing and holding the power button until your computer shuts down.
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2.
  4. Start your system again. This time, Windows will boot into the Windows 10 Repair Environment.
  5. Select Troubleshoot.
  6. Click on Advanced Options.
  7. Click on Startup Repair.

Once the process is done, check if the issue persists.
