Dell Latitude D620 Windows 8 installation

Hi,

Apparently today I took out a very old Dell Latitude D620 which had a 100GB HDD. I swapped it out for a 500GB Seagate HDD.  I forgot the name. It had Windows 8 installed on it if I wasn't wrong. But what happened was bad

1. My BIOS Admin Password is forgotten, so I cannot change boot sequence or any advanced stuff, it also doesn't recognize my HDD

2. None of the Operating Systems recognized my HDD so installation cannot happen

3. I tried Startup Repair but what happened was it got stuck on 1 error message which I cannot reverse. Every time I turn to boot from there, it comes to the same error screen

4. I don't think I installed it wrongly

5. CMD could recognize it, but even running commands to fix the boot sector failed

6. I would not like to reset the CMOs battery or pay for resetting

So if anyone can help please help, Thanks

my app store suddenly stop working
