Deleted part of C:\Windows\SysWOW64

So, making a long story short, I deleted a part of C:\Windows\SysWOW64 as I thought a virus was hidden in there so I tried to copy the path to the .EXE but accidantly copied the path before it, making me delete the whole folder in a CMD. As soon as I saw it was deleting a lot of .DLL's and stuff I clicked it away.

But now when I run programs like Photoshop it will always give me this message or similair

the "MSVCP110.DLL" is only with photoshop, if I try opening an other program it will most likely give a differt .DLL missing.

I tried every recovery possible on my computer like recuva, and back up restore from windows. but no result.

Any way to solve this?

Thanks

You MAY be able to repair some of the damage by doing a repair install from the win 10 ISO but I suspect the only sure way would be to re-install it from scratch
