Default user account logo blurred out in Windows 10 login screen

I recently updated my windows 10 from version 1903 to 2004, and after the update, the default user logo on the login screen of my appears to be blurred with jagged edges even after several restarts. Is this a bug in the update?

Hi Mehul

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

That is a known bug in a recent Windows 10 Update

Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Button)

Go to Accounts - Your Info, then click 'Browse for One'

Navigate to this folder: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures

There you find the default Windows 10 Profile Pictures, choose User.bmp

It's worth mentioning that the ProgramData folder is hidden so you have to show hidden folders to start with.

My default photo was in: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Default Account Pictures
