Dawn Of War: Soulstorm Not Working

I put in DOW and for some reason it said that "This application is not compatible with the installed operation system.
Please upgrade to Windows 98SE, Windows 2000 or better." even though I was able to play it the day before and I have Windows 10. The disc is not damaged, is there a way to fix this?

right click on the game in steam and select properties then local files, chose check...

No it's on a disc, I don't have it on Steam.

I have this problem as well with Dawn of War: Soulstorm, and the second website does not work. The first website does not help either as entering the commands into the console comes up with this error:

It's weird that I'm having this problem with Soulstorm as I literally played the game perfectly fine just yesterday. I haven't changed anything on my computer since that day and now it suddenly does not work.

Any help?
