Date & Time: "Set time automatically" grayed out (W10)

I've noticed in Windows 10 that after joining a domain the Date & Time: "Set time automatically" setting is grayed out. Is there any way around this? Say, with a Group Policy? Our organization needs users to be able to modify these settings.

I'm trying to find a verified statement from Microsoft regarding this automatic 'setting'.

Hi,

This message indicates that this setting is already changed by Group Policy, and we cannot change it manually.
