Data Usage Overview is blank.

So I needed to turn off my metered connection so I go to status and then I press Data Usage. Then after I press it I see this. How do I fix it? Any help is appreciatedImageImage

For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below:

 

  1. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?

  2. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to which you weren’t facing this issue?

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to try re-registering Settings app and see if the issue persists. Kindly follow the steps mentioned below:

 

  1. Press Windows + X key together and select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

  2. Accept the UAC prompts.

  3. Now type in the following command and hit EnterGet-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name windows.immersivecontrolpanel | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml” -Verbose}

  4. Restart the PC.

I followed your steps restarted my pc and It still looks the same. Other than installing apps there are no changes I have made to my pc prior to this. I did a full Malwarebytes scan and found nothing.
