data as it dates back to three years ago and all my data regardinh my thesis is on it. I put in a lot hours to collect that data, it is unique and non retrievable and crucial to my masters and I don't want to lose it, so please in the name of any God help

A word of advice for the future, which is basic:
You should always have your data backed up to at least two external media destinations (external hard drive, DVDs, flash drive) in case of system file corruption and/or hard drive failure
