Customer support number and compensation

Is there no actual customer support number I can call? I need to be able to talk to another human being rather than be sent round in circles and redirected to your FAQ section.

I made the incredibly foolish decision this morning of 'upgrading' to windows 10 after months of incessant pestering. My laptop is now frozen, I can't physically do anything to it. Is there no possible way I could call someone from customer support to access my laptop and exorcise it of this demonic software? There is no use in my reading instructions on how to install because my laptop is dead.

If I have to go to a computer repair shop and PAY for windows 10 to be removed, will I be able to claim the money back from windows?
