Update installed fine but I'm experiencing lag, freezing, and stuttering after installing this update. It's gotten less worse now, but it still there especially when clicking on start menu, search icon, and when exiting windows settings. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

KB5026361 have failed installation with Windows 10 22H2 / Build: 19045.2846 after reboot on 6%.

I tried to DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, sfc /scannow, clean SoftwareDistribution folder, and launch a Windows Update Troubleshooter, but it's not helped and stay with 0x80070003 error.

Windows 10 on SATA III Gigabyte SSD (free space: 65Gb), i5-10400F, ASRock B560 Steel Legend, 32GB RAM DDR4 (2666MHz), GTX 1660, Behringer UMC202HD Audio.

Barefoot Bay

This update caused my Laptop to fail on restart after install (black screen with spinning blue circle for the mouse pointer. Twice.

May 9, 2023—KB5026372 (OS Build 22621.1702) 2023-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5026372)

System Update reports: "Successfully Installed on 5/11/2023." - but it was not successful.

I recovered to System State from May 9, yesterday and had to do the same today.

Updates are paused until I hear about a fix.

Anybody have a fix?

I'd just wait for a bit and then try again. Report the bug to Microsoft on feedback hub. I've already sent a report for this update causing freezing, lagging, and stuttering. This update seems to have come loaded with bugs!

I have installed this C.U. on 2 laptops and 1 desktop without loading any bugs.

Sometimes problems come from your computers, antivirus systems and/or your apps & programs.

Apparently I will need min. 16GB RAM for Win 12 perhaps even 32 GB RAM.
