CTRL SHIFT ALT fn esc keys don't work

So for a while now my CTRL  SHIFT ALT fn esc keys have not been working and i have no idea why.

I've looked for solutions on a lot of different forums but all the suggestions are the same.

I don't have sticky keys, the keyboard drivers are up to date and I only have one language and region set up.

I have tried everything but I have no idea why it doesn't work. I've been using the on screen keyboard because of this.

I have an HP Elitebook 6930p.

Hello I am a fellow community member here to help. I know this is frustrating

If your mouse and keyboard have stopped working properly after installation of a WIndows 10 update the following thread may hold the answer to fixing the issue for you

I only recently updated my laptop to windows 10

I was having problems with the keys before I updated it as well. I had windows 7 pro before I updated.

I see. Have you tried a different keyboard? Perhaps the key on the keyboard itself have gone bad

Restart your computer a few times to see if it helps.

Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot
Scroll down
Click Keyboards
Click Run the Troubleshooter

When complete, restart to see if the problem is resolved.

Try connecting the keyboard to a different USB port if its a USB wired keyboard.

Press Windows key + X
Click Device Manager
Expand Keyboards
Right click keyboard
Click Uninstall

Exit Device Manager then restart

Reset your BIOS defaults:

Try the keyboard with another computer to see if it works.

Check for the latest driver updates for your computer.
