CTRL ALT WIN and F10 keys not working

As the topic title says, my CTRL WIN ALT and F10 keys are not working. I've restated my computer, tried a different keyboard, the CMD line method that was recommend in other keyboard related issues on here, uninstalling and reinstalling my keyboard drivers but none of it worked, and when I use an online keyboard it reads those keys as left mouse clicks (see image attached).

Hi, Zach Wyl

Welcome to the Microsoft community.

Does the issue occur in Safe Mode and when using the On-Screen Keyboard (OSK)? If it does, please create a new local account to test if the issue persists (run CMD as an administrator and enter net user test /add to create a new local account).

Additionally, you can try using PowerToys to remap the keys.

The keys are working now. Not sure what fixed it, I first tried the OSK and the keys worked on it but still not working on keyboard, and when I was going though my setting I saw that an update for windows was pending so I updated and now the keys are working again. Here is the new Window Specs after the update.
