csrss.exe

I found a csrss.exe file but its not in the C:\Windows\System32 folder its on C:\$SysReset\Scratch

but its not running. the one that is running is at the C:\Windows\System32 folder

If you performed a Windows reset or refresh that would have created the $SysReset folder, you can safely delete that folder, it is no longer required.
