Hello, Issac Low28

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Thank you for your feedback here, from the information you shared, the problem seems to be related to power sleep, we suggest you can turn off the fast startup and sleep mode to test it:

1. Turn off Fast Startup

Fast Startup is a Windows feature that saves some system information after shutting down the computer so that the next startup is faster. To turn it off, follow these steps:

Open Control Panel: Click the search box on the taskbar, type “Control Panel”, and then click Open.

Go to Power Options:

Select Hardware and Sound in the Control Panel, then click Power Options.

Select the function of the Power button:

On the left side of the Power Options page, click Select the function of the power button.

Change Settings:

Click Change currently unavailable settings at the top of the page.

Turn off Fast Startup:

Scroll down and uncheck the Enable fast startup (recommended) option.

Click Save Changes.

2. Disable Sleep Mode and Hibernate Mode

Disable sleep mode:

Go to Power Settings:

Press Win + X and select Power Options.

Select Additional power settings:

On the right side of the Power Options page, click Additional Power Settings.

Change plan settings:

Click Change schedule settings next to the current power schedule.

Modify the sleep time:

In the window that opens, select Change advanced power settings.

Disable sleep mode:

In Advanced Settings, find Sleep, click it, and then set After Sleep to Never.

Disable sleep mode:

Open a command prompt (as administrator):

Press Win + X and select Windows Terminal (Administrator) or Command Prompt (Administrator).

Enter the command to disable hibernation:

Enter the following command at the Command Prompt and press Enter:

powercfg -h off

Verify that hibernation is disabled:

After running this command, hibernation mode will be disabled and the hiberfil.sys file (hibernation file) will be deleted.

You can observe the results after this and it is recommended that you check the power class drivers for updates or exceptions.

Best regards
