CPU 0 100% load all time [Windows 10]

Hello!

I have some problems with my windows after this big update that recently installed in windows 10.

In idle my first core in CPU is staying at 100% in idle; i think the cause is this two programs: System and Compressed memory and System interrupts.

shutdown all aplications/programs - nothing

I've scanned the system for malware - nothing

Reinstalled windows from scratch - nothing

Installed/reinstalled drivers - nothing

Never OC'ed the processor or anything

System specs:I7-4710HQ, 8GB ram, nvidia geforce GTX 850m 2gb, HDD Seagate 1tb, SSD 120gb samsung.

Hope you guys can help me with this.

The largest user is system and it is using ~9% with the underlying cause being bitdefender.  I would disable bitdefender and run a system file check

Please run a system file check (SFC) & DISM  if you are on win 8 or higher

All instructions are in our Wiki article below...

I have managed to repair the problem. Firstly thanks alot for your time.

The problem was ACPI.sys that plundered the system interrupts.

I've managed to make it work when i found this forum. The problem was my HDD caddy; i had to enable the 3rd pin or something from a little tiny switch on the HDD caddy. After i did this my processor went all good.

They should put some instructions on the caddy cause i didnt find anything on it.

Thanks again!
