Cortana using excessive CPU, Memory, and Network

Hello,

So I have had nothing but problems with Cortana since I got my computer. Now I'm having an issue where Cortana is using a whole bunch of my memory, a whole bunch of my CPU, and a whole bunch of my network. I am a gamer, and usually my games run with about 50-80 ping on average (your average ping for any gamer usually). Unfortunately, for some reason, when I game, Cortana is using so much of my network that my ping escalates to upwards of 500-600 on average. I have tried everything, editing my registry files to disable Cortana, going into Cortana and disabling everything I can, ending the Cortana task in my Task Manager, everything. Nothing works. I need help, this is getting absolutely ridiculous.
