Copy an image from "Paint"

I press the PrtSc button to copy an image, then paste it onto "Paint", after I crop it, I copy it to paste it in Outlook (preparing to send it to my friend) but nothing happens.  The only way is to paste it in Excel or Word and send as attachment, which I find annoying.

What is wrong.

P.S.  I could do it from workplace but not on my laptop at home.
