You have 2GB of RAM.

If that is all your motherboard can handle, you are wasting your time changing from 32bit to 64bit.

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

32bit > 64bit is not done by any upgrade.

It is done by a clean install.

Retail Windows 7 licenses can use 32bit or 64bit (but not both at same time) for free.

OEM licenses are for the bit architecture that they are bought with; 32bit or 64bit.

If you want to change it, you have to buy it.

It requires a clean install of the operating system.

Save all your data and be prepared to reinstall all your 3rd party programs.

Then do a clean install:

But before you attempt it, check with your computer/laptop manufacturer to make sure that they support and supply 64bit drivers for your machine and for the edition of Windows 7 you are licensed for.

Also check your computer specs to see if you have or can upgrade to at least 4GBs of RAM, as without at least 4GBs of RAM you are wasting your time installing a 64bit version.

Or it may be easier for you to download the Crucial Scanner which will tell you what is the matching RAM for your Motherboard and the max. amount of RAM your Motherboard can accommodate.

Cheers.

You never read all of the system requirements.

Memory 3GB RAM (4GB or more recommended)

I never asked you why you needed 64bit.

I gave you the advice on what to look for to be able to change to 64bit architecture

You have HP system.

Retail Windows 7 licenses can use 32bit or 64bit (but not both at same time) for free.

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

And there is no use you buying any type of RAM until you also follow the other advice I gave you to check the Motherboard capabilities, etc.

I suggest that you re-read my earlier reply and follow the advice before you buy anything.

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

Warning:

You do not buy a Product Key by itself, as they are normally stolen/pirated, Volume Licenses which are not for private use, or MSDN keys which are not to be sold by the original subscription holder.

Make sure that you buy the complete sealed package (DVD, license)

Read Section: Beware of Product Keys sold separately.

i want to know how can i convert 32 bit system to 64 bit (windows 7).

You never mentioned Windows 10 in your original question.

That is a completely different problem.

Now you have to do a whole lot of other checks:

And I can't tell you about price; I use AUD$

First thing to do is to make sure that you have the correct system requirements and that your Computer Manufacturer supplies the correct Drivers for 10 for your Model Number.

"Windows 10 System Requirements"

https://www.thurrott.com/windows/windows-10/3884/windows-10-system-requirements

https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/windows-10-specifications#sysreqs

If you read those Microsoft's system requirements for 10, you will find that if you only go on them you will be sadly disappointed in performance.

You should at least double what they say.

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

Detailed information on Minimum hardware requirements:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/minimum-hardware-requirements-overview

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

Some Manufacturers have listed Model Numberss tested with 10 at their website:

HP Products Tested with Windows 10

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

How to buy Windows 10, compare prices at Microsoft:

Cheers.
