From all the text above please list in detail "step-by-step" how I could create a single Control Key request that would cause all of these characters below, enclosed in quotes, to be displayed.

Hello,

My name is Hanem, an independent advisor, and I'm here to help you.

I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue, and I will try my best to assist you.

To create a custom keyboard.

Please open the Start menu and select settings

Click the Time & Language tab.

Select language and region navigation option.

Click button for your basic typing pack listed in settings, select the language on the menu option

Press add keyboard button.

Select alternative keyboard layout on that menu

Open any application that you would like to use that shortcut

Type the text string that you want to assign to shortcut and remember to enclose it in quotes, in the application (e.g., "Control Key Usage for Text String").

Press ctrl key and hold it

Press key that you want to assign the shortcut for example the letter C key or any other key

Release both keys(the chosen key which is the letter C or any other key and Ctrl)

It is done your custom keyboard shortcut is not set up. If you want to use it press

the Ctrl key and the chosen key at the same time, and it should appear in your application.

Thank you.

Why do I need to create a Custom Keyboard? Is it because all the Control and Alt characters are assigned by Windows and I want to create a different set of commands?

What about a "2 digit" Control Characters that would let me generate the text strings I want?

How about this:

Control + Alt + 1 to display "Please try"

Control + Alt + 2 to display "to help me."

so Control/Alt/1 + Control/Alt/2 should display:

"Please try to help me."

How do I program the Control/Alt/1 and 2 keys?

"Click button for your basic typing pack listed in settings, select the language on the menu option"

I don't know how to find this?
