Hello. I am being charged a fee of $77.49 on a credit card I havent used in 2 years. I have no idea what this charge is for? It was charged in Dec 2018. I didn't know of this charge until Feb. The credit card canceled those charges and I was refunded the late fee as well. Now Microsoft charged that card again, and again the credit card is saying I am late and fees are incurre. What exactly am i being charged for? here is the reference number of the charge DLHANS6 9037 111937

I don't even use the microsoft email. I use *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. There is another acct as well under Patrice Harvey- don't even know what's all involved with that either?
