I suggest you to check if you are seeing any yellow exclamation mark against the drivers in Device Manager. Follow the steps below:
1. Right click on the Start Menu
and select Device Manager.
2. Now see if there are yellow exclamation marks against the iBall
3.5G connect usb modem device.
3. If yes, then try to update the drivers by right clicking in the driver and select
Update driver.
If you are unable to update the drivers from device manager, I suggest you to visit the manufacturer website and try to install the latest drivers or you can contact the manufacturer to know about the latest drives.
