Connecting to a zoom forum, my video monitor has something wrong!

 For about one month, participating in a zoom forum, my video image has not been showed fully, but my upper bold head only! On its way, several times, I tried to restore it, but couldn't do it! So, I had to leave the meeting! Why? Whatever its causes are, I have a right resentment! Most of all, as a faithful customer, I ask you, any business persons, for considering good customers preciously, that you may be well, or you may be destroy terribly, even if your company can be prospered materially!

Please, answer me asap a clear solution, because you know best the basic causes of this problem! Waiting for your earnest apology, and serious reply ...

You need to adjust your camera - is it external one connected through USB?
