Computer still taking forever to load stuff.

I already made a post like this a few days ago but there wasn't any helpful information so i thought i would make another and see if anyone else had some advice. Here is a overview:

My computer is taking forever to load anything. If I open google chrome is takes about a minute for it to load. If I click on the search bar It takes a few minutes to load. Almost anything takes a few minutes to load. Its really annoying. I think this was a update that happend to me about a week ago. After the update it took about 3 hours to start then about another half hour for the place where you type in your password to load. i tried to restore my computer but that gave me a error. I posted that about 3 or 4 days ago. I didn't get any help from that post. I then decided to reset my computer and see if that fixed it. All the reset did was delete the update history, delete my restore points, and delete all my stuff. I was kinda stuck then. I did a troubleshoot on everything and that did nothing and I also defraged it, that also did nothing. I am not quite sure what to do now. If you have any advice about this please be sure to give me some. I really done want to bring this in to a computer place much less buy a new computer. I am only 13 and it takes me about a year and a half to save up $800. (The computer is working better then it did before. I only have to wait about 10 seconds for the search bar to work now) Also It was a really good computer before this started happening.

Computer Information:

-I bought it about a year ago.

-Its made by Lenovo.

-It came with Windows 10.

-Version 1703

-OS Build 15063.0

-It has McAfee on it but i never have used it before.

-I am writing this on my laptop not on the computer with the problem.

Anything that you think would help accepted!

Hi Josh,

The issue with your computer could be cause by a few things. Latency issues are often attributed to either a computer memory issue or a program error.

We recommend that you try rebooting Windows in safe mode. In safe mode Windows will only run with the very basic programs and settings. Try open a browser and try browsing the web in this mode to check if it will still behave the same way. Then try running the System File Checker to check for file errors in the system.
