computer slow after upgrade to Windows 10

After upgrade computer works strange. User applications generally start relatively fast. System apps start extremely slow. If I type something in search line it give me black window and responses after couple of minutes. During this time "Host Process for Windows Tasks" start to use 15% of processor time and all time communicates to SSD with 48 Mb/s.

Windows 10 home, ver. 1909, build 18363.535

If this is from the first start do not worry, restart a couple times and it gets better.

After restart it even worse. I restarted twice. Any time after I insert password it makes black screen for minute or more.

Search line the same slow.

Problem solved. Logs show multiple error 447 for file in web browser cash. After I remove this file all work properly.

Interesting, user applications worked fast and system tools slowdown because web cash file, despite no browser worked.

my pc is extremly slowed down after 2020 update.

it is keep getting stuck and annoyingly slow for a fast pc.

could you please explain more about how did you fox the problem step by step ?

After recent upgrade, Computer said it was running a script....Computer was very slow, every app was hanging for a long period basically unusable. I performed a disk cleanup on both C & D drives, cleaned up a lot of GB's, was running for hours. I went to Defrag and noticed it was "cancelling" on C Drive. I turned off the Defragger for scheduling, shut down computer last night. Turned on computer this morning, was back to new, defrag had now optimized...... all is good

I'm having the same issue and i usually have a fast computer and since the upgrade...its super slow and everything is a pain to open and use.
