Computer powers on, but monitors, keyboard and mouse don't work (windows 11)

Hi,

I recently purchased a windows 11 PC and it has been working fine for about a month. I went to turn it on this morning and there was no response from my monitor(s), keyboard or mouse. So far I have tried the following:

  1. Restarting the computer

  2. Unplugging all the equipment then plugging it back into the computer.

  3. Reducing the monitor count from 2 to 1

  4. Moving the HDMI cable from the video card input to the motherboard input

  5. After shutting down the computer, unplugging it from the wall for 30 minutes to reset the power

  6. Tried to turn on the computer in safemode using Microsoft's suggested method for black/blank screens at there website. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-your-pc-in-safe-mode-in-windows-92c27cff-db89-8644-1ce4-b3e5e56fe234#WindowsVersion=Windows_11

So far still no response. Anything else I can try to get the computer functioning again?

Hi dunmestup,

Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community.

I'm Mosken, I do apologize for the inconvenience that you're experiencing right now, let me help you sort things out.

According to your description, I knew that after you use the win11 PC normally for 1 month, after restarting the system, the keyboard, mouse and monitor do not respond. You have tried to re-plug and unplug all external devices, reduce the display device, and enter safe mode, but it still does not work. If my understanding is wrong, please correct me in the reply.

Sorry, if entering safe mode does not work, we infer that it is a hardware problem, you need to contact your hardware manufacturer for after-sales service, they will give more targeted suggestions and solutions to your problem.

I wish the above will be helpful to you. Please feel free to let me know how it goes, and I will do my best to help you.

Best Regards,
