Computer freezing when playing Valorant!

Been experiencing an issue where my PC begins to freeze and become unresponsive when playing Valorant. This happens while alt tabbing (and when remaining in game). Tried a bunch of hotfixes but to no avail. Pretty sure it's software related since I'm not experiencing this issue on any other game.

PC Specs below (drivers up-to-date):
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Super
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 8 core
Motherboard: Gigabyte B650M C V2-Y1
BIOS Mode: UEFI

OS: Windows 11 Home - Version 23H2 (installed on 6/‎11/‎2024)
OS Build: 22631.4317
Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1041.0

The game should be the cause of the problem since I encountered the same issue. It easily crashes if I try switching back to the desktop and the problem exists after the last update. You might need to wait for the next update and the problem might be solved.
