ColorMania 32 bit Process

ColorMania 32 bit Process is running on my PC and causing high Disk usage.

On opening the file location, the containing folder is empty.

The name given to it in its properties is "GoogleDiagnostics.exe" and is Copyright by "Blacksun Software".

I tried uninstalling it but I'm unable to do so. Is it a virus/Trojan Horse or genuine software? If its a threat please help me how to remove it from my PC.

When the file downloads, unzip it.

Depending on your system, run Autoruns or Autoruns64 as Administrator

In the search box in Autoruns, type GoogleDiagnostics

Does that produce any results, if so, please provide a screenshot of the results

In the search box in Autoruns, type ColorMania

Does that produce any results, if so, please provide a screenshot of the results

First, backup all your important files immediately.

Now, please run any of these antiviruses to test for ransomwares and trojans:

  1. https://bitdefender.com/solutions/free.html

  2. https://malwarebytes.com/mwb-download

Use only the free version.

Please report if any viruses have been detected. I'm gonna go for a break and am going offline.

It's easy to ride down a hill while it's hard to climb the hill back up.
Like that, it's easy to malfunction a computer while it's hard to fix it.
