Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52) Running windows 8 Device is a hp laserjet 3330 please help it worked fine in windows 7?

Follow the troubleshooting methods given here.

 

Method : Uninstall the Printer Driver and reinstall it from the manufacturer’s website.
 
Please follow the steps given below to uninstall and then reinstall the driver.
 
a) Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
b) Select Device Manager.
c) Find and double-click Printer Driver from the left panel to uninstall
d) Right-click the device, and click Uninstall.
e) Windows will prompt you to confirm the device’s removal. Click OK to remove the driver.

Once you have uninstalled the driver click on the link given here, download and install the latest driver from this link.
 
 

If you are not able to download the driver then you can download the driver for Windows 7 or vista and install in compatibility mode.

 

Please follow the steps given below to install the drivers in compatibility mode.

 

Refer to the steps given under the section “Apply a compatibility mode” to install the drivers in compatibility mode.
