Co pilot Stuck ON a page when I ask anyting.

When I ask anything to cilot in co pilot app,. It stuck OImagen a Page. It doesnot answer the question like the Screen Short I provided

Hey there! Just a regular Windows user here, not a Microsoft employee, but hopefully, this helps!

If Co-Pilot is getting stuck on a page when you ask it something, try restarting the app by closing it completely and reopening it to see if that clears things up.

If you’re using Co-Pilot through Microsoft Edge, clear all site data, including cache and cookies. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data in Edge, and select both cache and cookies. Sometimes, clearing this data can resolve issues with apps running in the browser.

Also, if there’s an option to clear cache in Co-Pilot’s settings, give that a try too.

1. First, I suggest signing out and logging back into your account on Copilot, then trying again.

2. If the issue persists, Uninstall and reinstall the app: Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps. Scroll down, find the Copilot app, click on it, and select Uninstall.

After uninstalling, go to the Microsoft Store, search for Microsoft Copilot, and click Install or Get.
