I CAN NOT DELETE RESENT PLAYED VIDEOS from Media Player!!! I have looked at and tried many things "How to Clear & Stop Displaying Windows Media Player 12 Frequent List in Windows 7" No matter what click or hilite and try to delete. It does not work! I
have a New HP Laptop Windows 7 and I do all the up date all the time. Yes even the manual click and choose updates for my laptop, win 7 and all other programs on my laptop!!!! Help!!!!!!

1. Exit Windows Media Player.
2. Click
Start, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media Player, and then click
OK.
3. Select all the files in the folder, and then click
Delete on the File menu.
