Changed my Microsoft Account username, but the Local folder still has the old name, how can i change that?

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

By default the user folder in Windows 10 and 11 will be named with the first 5 characters of your user name or Email Address and unlike previous versions of Windows, changing your user name will not change the name on that folder.

Microsoft strongly advises you do not change the name on that user folder, that can have unforeseen consequences later.
