Change Parental Control Settings in Windows10

Windows 10 Parental Control

I have 2 child account, one in a desktop and another in a laptop, both running windows 10.

Lately the account in the desktop is able to login anytime even though I have set it as block all day.

The account in the laptop can still be controlled.

I don't know what is wrong. I have checked the child account in the desktop and it is not a local account and looks fine.

The screentime time shown is also not correct. Although it was accessed for a couple of hours, it shows only 36 mins.
