Please follow this guideline:

Click on the Start menu
Type change display settings in the search box on the taskbar

From the list of results, choose Change display settings and then choose the size under Scale and layout.

Hi Ken,

If you want to change the font size everywhere in Windows, you can scale your Display:

Right click your Desktop, choose Display Settings

Then in Scale and Layout, you can change the percentage of your scale factor to suit your needs

If you want more control, like in older versions of Windows, Microsoft removed the option to adjust the font sizes in the Creators Update

Most Users are using a great small free utility called Winaero Tweaker, which will let you adjust font sizes anywhere in Windows 10.
