CD-RW Windows unable to complete the format !

i have this cd but i cant format it that will work as a usb flash drive at the end of format process it says " Windows unable to complete the format" i am using windows 7... this **** makes me feel im worthless cause i cant do **** about this.. im searching and finding what i need to do but nothing works.. the drivers are updated......and im thinking if the CD is the problem...is this fake??? CD-RW=DVD RW???

i need answer i cant sleep !!!


I do not recommend CD-RW.  Rewriteable CD's or DVD's are significantly more expensive, much slower to write and not very reliable.

Buy a new disk.  They are not expensive.  Likely in the neighbourhood of $0.25 each.

Regular DVDs or CDs are NOT rewriteable.  It is a ONE-write system.  Once you write anything to it, it is now not re-usable.

I mean why they can format it as a USB and it has an option right there so it must work that way, while im the one getting error saying "windows unable to complete the format".What must i fix to work it that way.?
