a)Since when are you facing this problem? Do you remember making any changes to the system?
b)Are you able to eject the CD/DVD drive by clicking “eject” in “My computer”?
Try to eject the CD/DVD drive from “My computer”. Follow the steps mentioned below.
1.Click on Start menu button and select “My computer”.
2.Right click on the CD/DVD Rom and click “Eject”.
If you are able to eject the CD/DVD drive by clicking the eject button present in my computer then it might be that there is
a problem with the hardware. It might be that the CD/DVD button is stuck. You might need to contact the hardware manufacturer for further assistance.
