Cast Android Smart View to Windows 10 Connect

Hello,

I can't succeed to cast my Android Tablet to my windows 10 PC.

I have a samsung Galaxy Tab S6 and I would like to cast my screen to my HP Windows 10 PC (which is up to date).

I installed the APP Connect on my PC , which is lauching well on the PC and says it is ready to for me to connect wirelessly.

I can see my PC on smartview on my tablet.

When I click on my tablet to cast the screen, my PC is detected and proposed to share to. When I try to connect, it takes a long time before the process stops without sharing.

How can I debug what happend ?

I notice tha Connect says "protected contend can't be viewed on this device". Does it matter ?

Thx for your reply

1. On the desktop, press the Windows + Q keys and type: Connect, click on the application with the right mouse button and select Application settings:
2. Click Finish and Restore for correction.
3. Test the application.

I hope this helps, If the error still occurs, feel free to post again. We will be ready to help!

Hello Bruno,

Thanks for your response.

I applied your suggestion.

To be completed, on my PC, the 2 actions are named "Terminate" and "Reset".

But it hasn't change anything. Sorry for that.

I have to mention that, with the same tablet without any changes, I can share its screen to my SAMSUNG television (both my PC and my television are proposed on my tablet to share content with).

Any other idea to help me ?

Thx
