Caps lock and num lock indicator not working

After updating windows 10 (update 1809) Caps lock and num lock indicator not working.

Perform the procedure to repair the system files:
Follow these instructions: press the Windows + X keys and select Command Prompt (Administrator) or Windows PowerShell (Administrator), in the window that will open, you must type the commands in their respective order:
• DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
• DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
• DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
• sfc /scannow

Each of these actions can take a few minutes, so it is important to execute one at a time. When finished, you must restart the PC.

Please refer following suggestions:

Run Keyboard troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot.

If that doesn't helps, do this:

1. Press Windows + X, select Device Manager.

2. Under Keyboards, right click on your keyboard device and select Uninstall. Click OK.

3. Then click Action > Scan for hardware changes.

4. Close Device Manager and reboot.

The CapsLock and NumLock indicators are not part of Windows functionality, that is provided a system manufacturers utility . ..

What is the Make and exact Model No. of your PC - that will be printed on a sticker on the bottom casing . ..

Dear Kapil Arya

In the first option i.e. keyboard troubleshooter a message appears that no change or updates were necessary and after this caps lock and num lock indicator still not working.

And in the second option on right click, there is no option to uninstall the keyboard the only option is scan for the hardware changes and this also not work.

Please provide further alternatives.
