Cant uninstall Microsoft Power Toys.

Whenever I try to uninstall Microsoft Power Toys it just crashes explorer.
Hi Jayden, I am Paulo. I'm an Independent Advisor.

Try turning it off before uninstalling. The Powerrename might be interfering as it uses the file explorer.

1. Open your Powertoys app
2. Under General Settings, switch off all
3. Right-click on the icon in System tray then Exit
4. Try to uninstall

I hope this helps resolve the problem.

I found the solution on GitHub: https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/363

This worked for me when numerous attempts to uninstall through the Control Panel failed:

Find your original installation file: "PowerToysSetup-0.18.1-x64.msi"

Right-click on it and choose "uninstall."

This worked for me, but since I didn't have that file on my computer anymore, I had to download and install the latest version from github, then uninstall as AIF_HB describes above.
