Can't turn on DLNA on windows 10 server 2019

Hello, I have spent many hours surfing the internet to figure out how to enable DLNA on my server. As a result, I came to the conclusion that due to the fact that my server is connected to the domain network, I cannot do this. What ways do I have other than using third-party apps?
