Can't sign in Microsoft Account , Store, Widgets and etc.

Hello,

I have a problem and i know that many others have the same issue.

When i try to start some app like Microsoft Store, Teams, Widgets the same error appears 0x80190001. Always stays like that no matter of what i do

Lats way that was posted is not working : Get-AppxPackage *windows.immersivecontrolpanel* | Reset-AppxPackage

I don't understand how for 1,5 year these problems are not solved.

Please give us a working way to fix this.

Hi Evtim,

I am sorry you are having this problem. I know it is really frustrating. My name is Cindy.

Can you tell me of any troubleshooting you have already tried?

The first thing would be to make sure your computer is up to dates.

Please type the word update in the search and open the file. The search can be found on the taskbar it looks like a magnifying glass.

Make you to install all additional or optional updates. They can be found on the same page on Windows 10.

For Windows 11 click on the Advanced Options and then update any optional updates.

_____

Once this has been completed, try running the troubleshooter

Please type troubleshooting in the search and open the page.
Then select other troubleshooters.
Scroll down the page and select Windows Store Apps. Then run the troubleshooter.

____

Here are a few scans to try.
Please type CDM in the search (do not hit enter)
Select Run as administrator, then hit enter.
enter the codes below one at a time.

sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

There is a space before the /

Sincerely,

Cindy

Hi,

none of those 2 methods work.

I checked something and seems strange

I connected my PC with USB wi-fi and get internet connection from my phone. And the apps worked properly.

When i switch to cable connection for internet, the problem appears again. Just to make something clear. My cable connection works properly i can browse in the net, but these apps for some reason don't work on cable connection, only on wi-fi.
