Can't share clip or screenshot to Xbox Live (Game DVR)

Hello there :)

Iam using Windows 10 64 bit with its latest update (1067) and I have a problem

When I try to upload my recordings or a screenshot this popup shows :

Its in Arabic

http://i.imgur.com/i5iTrVi.png

The translation :

"Sorry , you don't have permission to share clip

It may be a problem with the service or because of the privacy settings or your last behavior . To check your privacy settings go to Xbox.com ."

My account privacy setting is set all on "allow" especially the option sharing clips .

I tried to login in different account and clearing the app cache , still the same message .

I also contact the Xbox customer service but they couldn't find the solution :(

Hi,

A corrupted profile data may cause for the Xbox app not to work properly. To help resolve your concern, kindly perform the following solutions:

Solution 1: Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps

Check out this page and follow the prompts on your screen.

Solution 2: Check for apps and games from Windows Store

Click this link and perform the steps provided.

Solution 3: Check your device for Windows software and driver updates

To check for the latest updates for your Windows 10-based device, perform the instructions provided here.

Solution 4: Sign in as a different user

  1. Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon from the bottom-left corner of the main screen.
  2. Select your account name from the top-left corner of the menu, and then select Switch account.
  3. Sign in with an account other than the one you were using.
  4. Access the Xbox app and check if it now works correctly.

Solution 5: Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app

  1. Type Windows Powershell in the search box.
  2. Right click Windows Powershell and select Run as administrator.
  3. Copy and paste the following command:
    get-appxpackage Microsoft.XboxApp | remove-appxpackage
  4. Press Enter.

Restart your Windows 10 device to refresh and sync all changes made. Then, download and install the Xbox app here and check if it works correctly this time.

Feel free to get back to us if anything comes up so we can provide further assistance.

Thanks for the prompt response.  If you have any third-party antivirus software installed on your computer, kindly disable it to temporarily and check if the Xbox app works correctly. Make sure to restart your device before signing in to the Xbox app.

If you used your Microsoft account on Xbox 360 beforehand, check this link and make sure that the settings are correctly set. Otherwise, visit this page if you accessed it on Xbox One.

If it persists, this may be an issue with your Microsoft account. You may need to get in touch with the team of support from Xbox for in-depth assistance and verify the status of your Xbox profile. With your Microsoft account signed in, click this link to generate a chat session or request a call.

The same problem, I think Microsoft does not want to publish some screenshots of games like star citizen and others.

Maybe we can modify the image data to publish it.
