Can't send files via Bluetooth from Windows 10 to iPhone

I watched the video but the troubleshooting found no problems.  Again the issue is that the files will not transfer via bluetooth.  The laptop and the iPhone ARE paired/connected.  As I said, the message I get  is:

Windows was unable to send some files

Make sure your bluetooth connection is working properly and your computer is within range of the bluetooth device or bluetooth enabled computer you are trying to transfer files within.

To try again click the back arrow

My iPhone sees my laptop and is connect, and vice versa.

Any other ideas???

Nope!  Not useful.  The link tells people how to find the bluetooth icon and transfer.  I know how to do it.  It just wont work.  For the third time.... the message I get is:

LOL You are forgetting that Niranjan Manjhi is probably a computer bot - and as such, not open to suggestions. I too have the same problem but have been unable to find a solution on here - and don't speak with robots :-)

I get the exact same msg and don't even get a "BACK" button :-)

I wish !! but NO :-) Still haven't been able to do this :-)

Although HorizonWZ suggested using an app called 'ShareIt' so will give that a try.

I can repro too and obviously no one seemed to care much about solving this....

I propose a workaround. Use email to send the files to the account your phone uses and download from within the email.

It isn't a solution, but it works.
