cant reset my pc please anyone of you have solution of this without any use of removable device

Using Advanced Startup Settings to Reset your PC

If you cannot reset Windows from the settings app then you can use Advanced Startup Settings to reset it
If your device is battery powered then make sure you plug the charger in.
1. Open the start menu.
2. Click the power button in the bottom left of the start menu, a drop down will appear with options Sleep, Shut Down and Restart.
3. Hold Down the SHIFT key and click the Restart Option, This will take you to the Advanced Startup Options screen. It should look like this:
4. Select the Troubleshoot option, this will take you to a new menu, your screen should look like this:
5. Click Reset This PC, this will take you to a new menu, your screen should look like this:
6. Choose either Keep my files or Remove everything
NOTE: Choosing Keep my files will remove all installed applications and any settings but will keep any of your own files like photos, documents or music.
Choosing Remove everything will also remove your personal files along with all your apps and settings.
7. The resetting process will take place, This process may take a few hours so if your device is battery powered make sure you plug it in.
8. Enjoy your reset device
Follow these steps only if you select Remove everything
1. After selecting Remove everything your PC will restart and take you to a new menu,
your screen should look like this:
2. If you're planning on using your PC after resetting it then select Just remove my files, this will delete all your apps, settings and files but will keep Windows 10 installed on your device.
2a. If you planning on throwing your PC away then select Fully clean this drive.
Note: BEWARE Selecting Fully Clean the Drive will fully reset your drive so if you restart after the process is completed Windows will not exist and you won't be able to use the device at all unless you install windows from an external source which is a very time-consuming process. Your windows activation Key will also be deleted you select Fully clean this drive.
3. The resetting process will take place, This process may take a few hours so if your device is battery powered make sure you plug it in.
4. Enjoy your reset device

What is the problem that prevented you from following my steps?
eg. You can't log in, You can't open the start menu, Your PC won't turn on.

2. Select Troubleshoot.
3. Select Advanced Options.
4. Select Command Prompt.
5. Select the Administrator account.
6. Provide any password required.
7. In the Command Prompt window, type following commands and press Enter key after each:
cd %windir%\system32\config
ren system system.001
ren software software.001
8. Close the Command Prompt.
9. Click Continue to boot into Windows 10.
10. Restart Windows 10 normally.
11. Enter Advanced Startup Settings again by SHIFT key + Restart
12. Reset your PC and the trouble resetting message should be gone
13. enjoy your reset PC (hopefully) :)

You can reset your PC by using Windows Installation Media
1. Install the Windows Media Creation Tool.
2. Run the application and select Create installation media for another PC. Windows 10 will download within the application.
3. Select the ISO file option.
4. Mount the ISO file once it is downloaded.
To mount the ISO file:
1. Find the ISO file and right-click it, select Properties.
2. Under the General tab, click Change, select Windows Explorer to open this file and click OK.
3. Right-click this file and choose Mount.
5. Double-click the ISO file to view the included files and double-click setup.exe to start Windows 10 setup.
6. Select Download and install updates(recommended).
7. Click the Accept button in the License terms screen.
8. After everything is ready, you will see Ready to install screen where there is a link labelled - Change what to keep, Click this link.
9. Select your preferred options.
10. Click Install and the reinstallation process will begin.
