Can't reactivate windows 11 after hardware changes even with a linked Microsoft account

I have tried booting windows with my old mobo and it was still activated, my account is linked and I have pictures of it. Now Im just not sure as to how I'm going to reactivate my windows with the new mobo, cpu, and gpu, I tried running through the troubleshooter and pressing I changed hardware recently but it says that I cant connect to the servers and to try again later..

I got a digital license for windows 11 by using the free upgrade from w10. Any help would be appreciated since it's really expensive to buy another windows key here in my country around 1 months work for the average person.

Thanks

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Where did you get your Windows 10 licence was that pre-installed on the PC or did you purchase a full retail Windows licence from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer, and if so, do you have the Windows 10 product key?

It was pre-installed in the pc when I bought it as a set. But I managed to fix my problem by restarting and checking windows for updates and installing the new updates so it can connect to the server. Thanks a lot though!
