Can't pin Netflix to taskbar in Windows 10.

The Netflix app was pinned to my taskbar about two weeks ago. One day it just completely disappeared from my computer. I had an update go through today and the app is back (and much better thanks Microsoft), but for some reason it won't pin to my taskbar. When I right click the app it only has the option to pin to start. What happened?

Launch the App & then right-click the icon on the Taskbar & that should give you the "Pin to Taskbar" option.

Not for me it doesn't

The only option I get is to pin it to the start menu, which is one to many clicks away for where I'd like to have it.

This does not work! Windows updates were installed last night and the Netflix on my taskbar wouldn't open today. It is so frustrating! I uninstalled it and when I logged in to Netflix again, it won't give me an option to pin it to anything. Your suggestion doesn't make any sense - right click the icon on the taskbar and pin it to the taskbar - what?! If it's already on the taskbar, why would we be asking how to pin it to the taskbar?! I'm fit to scream!

I don't think you are understanding my problem. Netflix app is in my start shortcut menu & when I click on it the site is not reached. The screen flashes & then the Windows screen comes on. Also, the icon used to be in my taskbar, it no longer is , but when I try to pin it again it says it is already pinned. Something is not working right. Can you help me fix this ?
