Can't log into Regions Bank

I did it yesterday am and then couldn't get into it in the pm.

I tried restarting, I tried unplugging and plugging back in.

I don't know what happened??

You should clear the browser's cache and then try. You can also try following

1. Alternative browser
2. Incognito mode of the browser

To clear Cache, cookies and browsing history for most popular browsers

Edge
Click 3 horizontal dots on top right > Settings > Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data

Chrome
Click 3 vertical dots on top right > More tools > Clear browsing data

Firefox
Click 3 horizontal lines on top right > Options > Privacy & Security > Scroll down and Clear Data under Cookies and Site Data
Scroll down and Clear History under History

Which web browser are you using?

Have you tried Internet Explorer to see if it works?

Press Windows key + R
Type: iexplore
Hit Enter

Try loading the web page. You can also try other web browsers such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Also, check to make sure your date and time in the Taskbar is correct.

Also, try clearing the browser cache if you are using Microsoft Edge then try again.

Regions Bank is up - I just logged in to my account.

Make sure that you've got the right URL. Search for Regions Bank with a search engine (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.) and follow that URL.

Sometimes all you need to do is to clear your web browser's cache and restart the browser.

Regions recently instituted new log in security. If you haven't gone through the process, which is a minor pain, they may not let you log in.

I did all that - cleared cache, restarted, adjusted firewall setting .. nothing works

Can you try uninstall and reinstall Google Chrome and also try Internet Explorer to see if the same thing happens?
